The development of this project was outsourced to us by a graphic design company. We worked with them to produce a full-featured e-commerce site.
Web Development
Features product search capabilities that allow the visitor to search for products based upon provided criteria (brand name, price range, product style, etc). The website tracks it's own visitors, including a built-in campaign management system that is used to track sales that come from affiliate partners.
E-Commerce
A full shopping cart experience was created from cart creation, to order fulfillment. Cart featured user-friendly error messages, order confirmation email, and the ability to save the shopping cart while you continue shopping.
Corporate Intranet
The site's intranet allows full management of the products on the website, order reporting and fulfillment capabilities, and some statistical reporting to show how many visitors, page views, and orders for any given day.
